Healthy living and fitness has always been a part of Joanne’s life. Joanne spent most of her childhood in a swimming pool. Having made it to the nationals she went onto Triathlons and then settled down to raise a
family. During this period of life her poor eating habits caught up on her causing her to gain over 60 pounds during pregnancy. Determined not to retain the weight Joanne became a Nutrition Coach, to coach herself into loosing 50 pounds. That effort took 2 years.
Throughout her career Joanne always ensured “me time” was working out. In 2013, Joanne became a certified personal trainer, certified nutrition and weight loss specialist and post rehab specialist. Since that time she has worked for one of the local big box gyms and in 2016 decided to go out on her own.
Focused on her client’s goals, Joanne strives to provide top notch exercise and nutrition services in caring and supportive ways.
